Thanksgiving Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering from Starr Bakery!

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they are available for immediate order. This helps us better plan our production and ensure you receive the freshest products.

Pre-Order Date

Pre-ordered items will be ready for pickup on 11/26 Wednesday between 10am and 1pm. 

Pick Up Location

The pick up location is 2400 Augusta Dr.,Suite 185, Houston, Tx, 77057. We will provide a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we will void your order and you will note receive a refund.

Payment

Payment is processed at the time you place your pre-order. Your card will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.

Cancellations and Changes

Pre-orders cannot be refunded or changed. Your pre-order will be available until 1pm on Wednesday 11/26.

Nut Allergy info

Unfortunately, we are not a nut‑free environment, so if you have a tree nut allergy, we do not recommend placing an order. Due to our menu changing frequently, please check if our cookies do contain nuts before purchasing depending on the cookie type you might be able to order!
