What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they are available for immediate order. This helps us better plan our production and ensure you receive the freshest products.
Payment
Payment is processed at the time you place your pre-order. Your card will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.
Cancellations and Changes
Pre-orders cannot be refunded or changed. Your pre-order will be available until 1pm on Saturday.
