    SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED/RECEIVED?

-All Valentines week orders will be received (THE WEEK OF VALENTINES/NEXT AS STATED) there is no possible reliance on USPS with packages

-We ship freshly baked cookies and brownies Monday-Wednesdays....made every week freshly. All cookies are sealed, once received use reheat instructions for that gooey perfect treat.

 

-Our treats are carefully shipped out two shipments a week on 2-3 day priority shipping.

This takes about 1-5 business days depending on your area.

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS-

10-15 seconds in the microwave

2-3 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees

-Please note that orders are shipped once a week, so if you place your order before Saturday, it will be dispatched the next week. If you order after Saturday, your order will be sent out the following week! 

All packages are tracked with your shipping number from USPS

 

I’M GOING ON VACATION WILL MY COOKIES BE HERE IN TIME? 

All of our cookies are baked fresh, and shipped the next day. We only ship based on our schedule once a week, 1-4 business days, on 2-3 day priority shipped. If you are unsure if your cookies will be here before you go on vacation, we suggest to wait for the next drop.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED…

We DO NOT I repeat DO NOT give refunds on cookies that are broken due to shipping, they are still perfectly well to eat; this would be unethical. Please contact us if your cookies are extremely damaged, and inedible.We are sorry if this ever happens, unfortunately we cannot control how USPS delivers packages. If your box was physically damaged please contact USPS. 
 

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS..

-We DO NOT I repeat DO NOT accept cancellations, with how many orders we receive this is very stressful on our part. Why? Labels are purchased, and boxed with names printed. This cuts a cost into our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund ONLY IF YOUR PACKAGE IS COMPLETELY DAMAGED… within 1 week of receiving the product. We do not have control of how packages are delivered (contact usps) To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We aim to process all refunds promptly, ensuring your experience with us remains positive.
