All orders should be processed two to three weeks in advance . Just to make sure the date and time slot is available and deposit is paid. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, because the deposit will reserve your event date and labor hours. Deposits are 50% of the total of the custom order.

Yes! We strongly encourage large cakes and specialty cakes be delivered to your event location to ensure there's no issues with transportation. We figure out the delivery cost for you once you provide your location and time.All delivery cost is based on miles

We recommend to passenger side floor to keep the cake. Set the seat back as far as it can to allow more space to pickup the cake. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THE CAKE ON THE SEAT. If brakes are applied too quickly/hard, the cake can fly off the seat and it will be ruined. If you have a passenger, they can hold onto the cake on their lap if the cake is small. You can also place the cake in the back (if you have an SUV with an open trunk space) on a flat surface. Ensure nothing will be able to fall onto the cake during the trip. Drive at a comfortable speed and slow down around corners. Cakes or stacked cupcake containers can topple over if not careful. Keep the cake out of direct sunlight if possible and keep the AC on if driving for a long period of time.
